Import Leviton firmware updates from https://hubconnecteddecorasmart.leviton.com/hc/en-us/articles/7151993826075-Updating-Decora-Smart-Z-Wave-Using-Home-Assistant .

I own the DZ6HD and DZ15S and have successfully updated the firmware on both. I don't own the others, but have verified the device IDs with the Z-Wave alliance pages, linked from each device file.

Please get someone from Leviton to approve this PR, so we know the files are mapped to the correct devices.

Is there anyone from Leviton that you've worked with before, or should I reach out to their support team directly?

I'll try my contact

Any update? I have a ton of these to update on 4 different sites, would be really useful if these could be approved to avoid manual mistakes and make it easier overall...

I'm in contact with them. They are reviewing internally to make sure there's no case where a wrong update would be applied.

Hi Al; thanks for reaching out to Leviton for me! How's the discussion going with them?

Hi Al; have you heard anything back from your contact at Leviton? Is there anything I can do to help out here?

I had another Leviton device lock up last week, so I decided to go through and do all of my remaining updates manually.

I'm tired of waiting for this and I've made the updates that I need, so I'm not willing to support this further. I'm going to leave this PR open (it still seems to be correct) but I'm not going to make any further updates or changes to it.

If this can help, I can also confirm that the DZPD3_v1_22.ota listed at that page is working. I successfully updated my DZPD3 from 1.20 to 1.22 using the file provided on that leviton page using zwave-js ui ota update

Just noting that I'd like to see this move along, if possible.

I'm on parental leave until April. If you want to help move this along, please reach out to Leviton and ask them to review this PR.
