This is a local-specific configuration file and should be Git-ignored.

Summary

This PR renames the .envrc file to .envrc.template, so contributors get a chance to customize their own .envrc files.

direnv.net is an awesome "dotfile loader" kind of tool, allowing developers to keep their project-specific configurations in environment variables that are automatically loaded in the shell session as soon as the dir is accessed.

The problem is: by having a .envrc file in the project repository, every contributor in the world will have to adhere to the given configurations – which often doesn't reflect their own needs. So, I'm making the current .envrc file a template.

Test plan (required)

Duplicate it (eg.: cp .envrc.template .envrc) and everything should work just like before.

This is a local-specific configuration file and should be Git-ignored.
