I added a configuration option for each feed to choose whether to override content or not (in which case, it just appends the content). This is useful for feeds that contain a summary that is either not available in the article page, or is not picked up by merc/read. It's nice to just get a summary if you don't care enough to read the whole article.
Also applied some standard PHP formatting rules in the files.

Having the option to also contain the summary in the article is a great idea (just wanted to open a request for that).

The summary is part of an articles website. So not sure why this is left out, when the whole article is downloaded.

Any idea when this might get added @printfuck ?

Sorry everyone. I think I initially missed the point of this request. I will try to resolve the issues with the current state and will try to integrate it. By now there's already three rows of check boxes and it feels really cluttered. I already tried to redesign the interface to make the user choose from a drop down menu instead of a static row of check boxes, but adding dynamic JS content inside the extension's configuration pane seems really hard. If you have a good idea on howto solve this UI issue, I'd be grateful - otherwise I will append a fourth row.
