Sass Hybrid Wordpress I Bootstrap
This is a basic theme that can be used to get started with rapid Wordpress theme development.
It incorporates the Hybrid Core framework (https://themehybrid.com/hybrid-core) with Bootstrap Sass (https://github.com/twbs/bootstrap-sass).
