[pt-br] Fix revoke object url in "Learn/pt-BR/docs/Web/API/URL/revokeObjectURL_static"

Description

Fixed a typo in word "precisa" and organized the notes to be more like the upstream page, also adding a reference to the return value.

Motivation

Taking down another issue, helping the community and I still have an assignment due Sunday so I better start raising the sleeves

A typo was solved and while at that, I noticed some things were out of place and I went on to fix that as well, page is now way more readable

Additional details

Probably will need a localization to the note at the beginning but I have no idea how to do that
