Original release

Download the zip file to get precompiled windows binaries.

Note that this binary is ancient. It's so old that I don't remember when I wrote it. The original code dates back probably 15 years. The binary built here is perhaps 7-10 years old. Miraculously, it still works fine on Windows 7 (I have not tested Windows 8 or newer). That's good because I'm not sure I even know how to compile this code anymore.
