1.0.1 CMake Patches

This patch release squashes several cmake bugs. It builds on Ubuntu 14.04, Ubuntu 16.04 and macOS 10.11.6.

v1.0.0 Release

CamOdoCal has been stable for some time, and compilation and installation has been tested on Ubuntu 16.04 and OS X with homebrew. Thus we are excited to release 1.0.0!

v1.0.0 release candidate 0

camodocal has been stable for some time, so we're going to create the 1.0.0 release soon! This is currently release candidate 0. Please report any problems. If all goes well we will mark the final 1.0.0 release within a month or two.
