This PR is the first in a set of steps to bring standardized linting into the AWS CLI v1 and v2 repos. We're starting with a small cross section of code in the examples section to reduce the overhead of reviews. This PR will cover all files under
awscli/exampleswhich is largely missed whitespace and newlines.
