To prevent a version conflict error that occurs when installing dependencies for PanzaMail due to peft 0.7.2 depending on accelerate>=0.26.1 and llm-foundry depending on accelerate<0.26 and >=0.25.

To prevent a version conflict error that occurs when installing dependencies for PanzaMail due to peft 0.7.2 depending on accelerate>=0.26.1 and llm-foundry depending on accelerate<0.26 and >=0.25. I don't think PanzaMail's usage of LLM-Foundry depends on that particular range of accelerate versions because PanzaMail installs and runs just fine even with this version conflict occuring. However, it's best to get rid of the version conflict error.
