Version 8.0.0 open world initial release

Initial release of the new version 8 with a UI revamp and backend partial rewrite to add open world mode which is the main new mode of this randomizer going forward. This release is more just for posterity, as this is a web-based application you don't download.

Version 5 Final Release

Final release of V5. This contains the original V4 logic, plus some new bug fixes. The main addition is the new web UI with WAD packing. Future versions going forward will rework the backend logic for new features and be dropping support for the JP version due to more heavy modifications of the ROM that obsolete the need for both versions.
