Support the same environment variables as python huggingface_hub ?

Would you please support the same as python huggingface_hub environment variables like HF_ENDPOINT ?

Motivation

Sometimes we use another library which based on xenova/transformers.js, like llamaindex. We can't modify the env from xenova/transformers.js directly. So we can use environment variables to override some default configs.
