feature: quote the original cmd

When people use this bot in a group chat, quoting the original cmd when the eval bot replies can make it easy to track.

What do you think?

I tried this before, but it quickly becomes annoying when you see every code repeated twice wasting lots of screen space especially on mobile.

I'm actually thinking about another direction: not do anything in group, but instead allow people to use inline command to post a result with code they previously execute in the private chat, so that people don't try and update in group chat.

I haven't got chance to look into that yet.
