Documentation about legal number_format codes for date / time values is missing

Apologies if this is covered elsewhere, but I could not find anywhere a list of supported letters / codes that can be used for number_formats in the context of date and time valued cells. Specifically, I am searching for the codes representing abbreviated weekday and week number (according to ISO). It would be great of those could be added to the documentation.
