[Desktop, SLOBS] Recording Timer gets stuck at 00:00:01 but still records.

Desktop repo doesnt have an issue tracker so i've placed it in a similar enough repo for this.
Recording timer will freeze at 00:00:01 after starting and stopping a recording session multiple times.
Steps to reproduce:

1. Start SLOBS
2. Start a recording for a few seconds or so.
3. Stop the recording.
4. Start another recording.
5. Repeat steps 3 and 4 until bug occurs.
   Reinstallation of the software does not fix the bug.
