Imaging mode notebooks don't work with the latest version of the pipeline #149

The simulated data used in the notebooks in the imaging_mode directory cause the latest version of the pipeline to crash. This is due to some schema changes in the datamodels between the time that the notebooks were created and now.

Given that we have working versions of these notebooks in the pipeline_inflight directory, maybe we should remove the imaging_mode notebooks?
