Add rMATS turbo v4.1.0

It looks like the latest version of rMATS (4.1.0) supports reads with variable read lengths.

If this is true, it may be worth adding to the pipeline as an optional step (i.e. group information is provided). Reach out to the development team to confirm.

  • Create a docker image for the latest version of rMATS (4.1.0) and the STAR/2.7.6a
  • Create a new rule to run rMATS, if group information is provided
