Add Hasura Backend Plus as Helm Chart

The Hasura Backend Plus project aims to add missing functionality like file storage and authorization to Hasura. It would be amazing to have a compatible helm chart for the service. I found this https://artifacthub.io/packages/helm/platydev/hasura-backend-plus chart, but it embeds another Hasura chart.

@shakahl What do you think about adding a combined chart to this repository?

Great idea!

I already kickstarted a project with Hasura Backend Plus and found it quite useful. I will have time on the weekend to complete the chirpstack helm chart and solving the migration-problem on the hasura chart. After that it can be the next project to integrate :)

The good way to this would be a standalone solution without forcing a specific helm chart for hasura.
