Should not need dynamic memory when converting from NMEA/NMEA2000 to SignalK #92

We use a lot of dynamic memory to create the SKUpdate object when parsing NMEA and NMEA2000 data (in the parsers). We should avoid this as it will create memory fragmentation and one day will fail catastrophically because we are out of memory.
