Only works out of the box for debian? #31

Title says it all. Doesn't support anything but debian based servers.

Using Amazon Linux 2. It appears I can make it work by continuing to build out the pillar with the missing keys as they fail.

Okay, got pillar built out and of course its only providing a repo for debian packages as well.

Yes, most formulas are developed and used on Debian-based distros.
Pull requests for adding missing support for other distributions or use-cases are greatly appreciated.
