Help to create a folder to train my neural network

Hello.
I need help to create a dataset folder o this git https://github.com/david8862/keras-YOLOv3-model-set or https://github.com/qqwweee/keras-yolo3.
I already have my XML files and photos but i dont know how to create folder to then run and train it.
I used another network and created a dataset of folders with training and test folders. He generated the txt files and then trained.
but in this git it doesn't work and it's very confusing to see how it works

Helpppp please.
