Need to update the content, pictures and format of the team page, I've got an idea of how I want this to be laid out so I've assigned the issue here. Do need to discuss who all needs to be on this page and get up-to-date pictures and titles for everyone.

I believe we should remove the contributors page. Contributors should be listed on our team page (we will have to figure out the placement). They are a major factor in our growth, thus deserve a spot on our team page.

http://dev.openfaux.org/ currently contains all of the changes and what I believe to be the final version of the team pages design. Just missing content at this point.
