Users with exclamation point cannot install GPT4All

Bug Report

A friend of mine can't install GPT4ALl in Windows with her user because she has an exclamation mark in her username

Steps to Reproduce

1. Try to install GPT4All on Windows with a user with an exclamation mark their username
2. You will get an error saying "The installation path must not contain '!', please specify a valid directory"

Expected Behavior

It should install for a user with an exclamation mark in their username
