Proposed functionality

VPN tunnels were added in NetBox 3.7 and Tunnel Terminations are part of that, so these should be supported

Use case

To fully use the new VPN Tunnels feature in NetBox v3.7 and add Tunnel Terminations from Ansible instead of the UI or manually through the API.
