I use nvm.fish install node ,but plugin don't identify them. 'Microsoft Edge Tools for VS Code ' reports a message----'Ensure node and npm are installed to enable automatically reporting issues in source files pertaining to accessibility, compatibility, security, and more.'.

A similar issue was fixed recently in #1145.
So maybe this is a mac-specific version of the same issue. Let me make sure this is tracked by our team.
