Support hidpi icons

If you look at the Paper icon theme, https://github.com/snwh/paper-icon-theme/tree/master/Paper, you'll notice they have hidpi versions of the icons in the @2x folder. Is that something you guys can do?

I have not dealt with this before as I didn't know this existed. However, we can of course do that as our icons are all vector! I'll start working on this soon

Just to keep you up to date, I am going to start (tonight in like 10 minutes tops) with symlinking 16x16@2x to 32x32 and so on so forth, but eventually, we will have all the linux icons designed for their sizes appropriately (and not just a total mass of the same icon resized). We will also most likely add a 512x512 folder and more.
