Get rid of native dependencies #534

This is a irc package. Node is great for network.
Do you need native code to do a irc lib ? No you don't.

Please remove your native dependencies. They keep breaking at each node update.

Sadly, the creator of this package has stopped updating it, I switched to irc-upd
