Based on feedback from User testing. First of all: what is this project. Why should I care? Who is it for?

Here is the full feedback:

Comments to first page:
1) If this information is elsewhere then obviously disregard this comment. Questions to answer in first paragraph: why did someone come to this website? Why should they stay? A brief description of this project may help. Opportunity to plug LPL.
2) First sentence, “One of many tools”: what are the other tools, if so does LPL have a list that can be linked to?
3) Delete or rephrase the first sentence of second paragraph. It sounds invasive and gives the impression that someone has to give personal information as a condition to receive help.
4) Suggestion: at the end of each question say “Here’s a link” or “Here’s a brief description of _______ click here”. I think its helpful for people who are not use to navigating a website.
5) At the bottom: Are those the only topics people can send requests about? It seems to suggest that. If those are the topics that LPL or others have worked on then say that.
