Add hint for German abstract in English thesis #105

For some examination regulations (e.g. Bachelor Softwaretechnik/Informatik https://www.uni-stuttgart.de/universitaet/aktuelles/bekanntmachungen/dokumente/bekanntm_58_2017.pdf) the English version of the thesis has to include a German abstract in the appendix:

Die Bachelorarbeit ist in der Regel in deutscher Sprache abzufassen. Die Prüferin bzw. der Prüfer kann auf Antrag der zu prüfenden Person die Anfertigung der Bachelorarbeit auch in einer anderen Sprache zulassen. In diesem Fall muss die Arbeit als Anhang eine Zusammenfassung in deutscher Sprache enthalten.

It would be very appreciated if you could add a hint/section in the template for the Engish version.
