just a feature idea. implementation suggestions are made only for the sake of expressing my envisioned usage.
there would be a new optional module, perhaps t.pl, which adds support for this feature. if present, the "create new page" interface would have an additional dropdown menu that says something like "use template for:". the entries in this menu would be populated by a collection of w.pl-flavored markdown files on the server, perhaps in a templates or skeletons directory. selecting one of the templates would cause the edit screen to be pre-filled with the contents of the corresponding markdown file.
in the context of the bookclub, it might be useful to have templates for "table of contents", "chapter synopsis", "chapter analysis", "author biography", "character biography", et cetera. the templates would mostly pre-fill the commonly used headings ("major plot developments", "important passages", "cultural context", et cetera) and perhaps suffix the appropriate category linkage ("CategoryBooks" or "CategoryTV").
