[Bug report] Unable to recognize the esim QR code of speedtest #870

Describe the bug

I used com.google.mlkit:barcode-scanning:17.3.0 to read the data in the QR code and found that the esim QR code of speedtest could not be recognized.

To Reproduce

QR code example:
https://www.speedtest.net/esimqr

Expected behavior
Can get the data in the QR code.

SDK Info:

SDK Name & Version [com.google.mlkit:barcode-scanning:17.3.0]

Smartphone:

Device/Simulator: [xiaomi 10 Pro]
Device/Simulator OS: [Android API 33]
