Path in tab title

If I have multiple projects with similar filesystem structure, e.g. Client1/App and Client2/App, and I open both App subfolders in tabs, I end up with two tabs titled App, which are impossible to tell apart.

It would be great to add parent folder name in case the final folder names are equal (perhaps as many parent folders as necessary).
