Describe the bug
To SQL doesn't generate SQL code

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

I added the three *.js files to draw.io.
I open an existing ERD diagram.
I go to File->Export->To SQL
I click "SQL Server".
The only code generated in the "To SQL" window is a comment:
/*
Generated in drawio
Database: sqlserver
Plugin: sql
Version: 0.0.6
*/

Expected behavior
A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.
