I've found out, that if a video file is downloaded over the URL in the media attribute, the watched attribute is changing to true.

I want to decide if even watched videos should be downloaded or not.

Oops sorry, I missed this one. I'm not sure I have a solution but I don't want to mark this as stale and have it prematurely closed
