I would like to know about this too, also is there any plaining to release its GA version as long this is in preview our company will not allow to use it.

Also how do you get to know that Clancey left

Clancey announced on Twitter and Discord that he has left Microsoft. He is now working for Meta (FaceBook) - for the department of VR and AR

And after all this day no reply have been made on the question am so skeptical about the future the project, I as ked the same question to Maui Program manager on twitter David Ortinau but no answer has been provided. Let wait and see

I believe that Comet is an experimental project - it has not been productised yet. But .NET Maui can only compete against Flutter and SwiftUI when there a proper support for Comet - both in terms of tooling and financial support.

Clancey answered this on Discord. He said

I didn't die, I just don't have the time I used too. I still plan on staying involved!. I can't answer for what Microsoft will do though

And If you really love Comet keep an eye on this https://github.com/adospace/reactorui-maui project too.

Yes ReactorUI is an amazing project also.
