The template has a lot of unneeded content (like /docs folder)

Acceptance

• /docs removed
• any unused assets from /assets folder removed
• custom.css removed
• README reviewed and updated if needed

We definitely don't need all of this in our template. All the docs stuff should be removed.

Ok, the unneeded files are gone now but I think the README requires some work. Especially the "I" phrasing:

Welcome to the body of your site. Everything above this section is part of the Data package front matter. I am adding here markdown text and other data-rich elements and they render beautifully.

Or actually the mix of we/you/I...

And all in all it reads a bit weird and unclear. E.g. it uses some "Data package" term which it doesn't really explain.

It also includes some information about possible site configuration options which shouldn't be there in my opinion.
