Where do we do shaping pitches?

S: Currently mix of product repo and individual issues (for new team). In product repo, workflow is in theory to have a markdown file and use PRs ...

C: We have things in 2 places.

• Workflow with PRs does not work well: PRS are not great for commenting. Quite geeky.
• Product repo is private so people can't see pitchs and help improve them

H: KISS suggests just using the issue for now ...

2 options

• Use the issue 👍 simple, all in one place 👎 issue thread becomes about evaluation of shaping. no threading.
• Have an item in the discussions linked from issue 👍 threaded. 👎 separate from issue.

KISS says use the issue and if that is a problem we can change later 😉

What that means is ...

• Do shaping in a section with # Shaping heading in the issue description
• Put comments and discussion in the comments section of the issue

@olayway @Daniellappv does that sound good.
