Unused fields mail_header and mail_footer?

#105 introduced these fields in the formSchema, but they do not provide any functionality. Neither this addon nor the backend addon make any use of them - or am I missing something?

Hi @mbarde yeah this was a rushed release by mistake, we will release the backend add-on as well asap which will support this functionality. See collective/collective.volto.formsupport#52
