Neighborhood Submissions

Is there a formal process for adding neighborhoods? I have them for my county. I suppose I could fork and merge, or just publish it elsewhere on github. How can I get you that?

Update, I committed some data of local community associations. This is about the most approximation of neighborhood data we have in the suburban / rural county. Anything I'd want to do before pulling that?

Hey, so sorry for taking so long on this. The biggest problem is that some of the neighbourhoods seem to overlap, and they shouldn’t – the game won’t work very well since it’s not built to accomodate that. Any change that can be fixed?
