ハイブリッドイベント化するにあたって、Chatを単体動作可能にする必要がある。
現地参加している人は、動画をオンラインで視聴できる必要はない。ただ、オンラインとオフラインの架け橋のため、参加セッションのチャットは見られるようにしたい。
現時点では動画配信とChatが同一化してしまっているため、Chat単体でも動作可能なように変更する必要がある。
