Support "Parent" Attribute in Core Schema? #12

A common use case is to track the parent of a child (eg: in an SIS). There should probably be some capability for this in the core schema, either as an affiliation (though that's not an eduPersonAffiliation) or some other attribute.

Current decision is to create a "guardian" affiliation (extended from eduPersonAffiliation). For now, we're not solving "authority figure" vs "financial resource", but we may need to get back to that at some point.
