Summary

How can I add custom URLs?
For example:
local://folder/LYHX2X8MYOG02

Motivation

I want to open local system directories.

Describe the solution

I can add any random text, but when it comes to special protocols like local:// it doesn't allow.

I've never seen a local:// URL before, but custom protocols are plugin territory: https://github.com/YOURLS/custom-protocol
