This is not so much an issue as a feature request. Would it be possible to add a button next to each stacked site's delete button to make a clone of the stacked site (the same way you can clone the main site)?

@austinginder confirmed that this is possible. You just have to do the "Clone Current Site" from the WP Freighter setting in the cloned site rather than the main site. I'll be writing up more detailed instructions on this for the FAQ page in the next few weeks.
