To be handled by the release workflow.

Windows: An installer that sets up a shortcut (example: https://github.com/janhohenheim/foxtrot/blob/main/build/windows/installer/Package.wxs).
Linux: A .desktop file, and maybe a Flatpak + deploy to Flathub.
