gws update does not clone new added configs (v0.2.0) MacOS #49

In order to pull in newly added repositories in the config I always have to remove the cache files.

I would expect gws update to identity new entries have been added an pull the repos automatically.

Hi! Thanks for the report and sorry for being slow. Unfortunately I don't envision fixing this as most of what time I spend on gws has shifted to gws2. I'd be happy to accept a pull request, though.
