parentになるpom.xmlを作成して全体を同じ設定で運用できるようにもしたい…

やることリスト

parentになるpom.xmlを作成
4.11からorg.hamcrest.〜が消えるので新たにhamcrest-allを入れる
pom.xml編集
slim3-blankとかに入ってるjarを差し替え
