Build a proper MIDI dataset, suitable for training generative machine learning models.

Current datasets align along very limited cultural & musical axes. What could we learn and make with a ready-to-use riddim dataset?

A secondary task would be a small model that demonstrates use and maybe a publication, announcing its availability!
