• Updated sources with blur to remove hard gradient lines

For 6/14/2023:

• Fixed a minor devtool error
• Added typecast to param loading from files
  • These params work for generating new spectra!
  • Currently cannot use these params for find peaks
• Added info to Tutorial Page
• Styled Tutorial Page
• Cleaned up some of the CSS files
  • the classname "col" was used multiple times; I made these names more specific in several places
• Sidenote: I noticed that the Usage and About pages seem a bit out of date
