Summary:

GTFS Tranformer: Improve the RemoveOldCalendarStatements feature to delete calendars for today or not.

Steps to reproduce:

RemoveOldCalendarStatements always delete today's calendar value.

Expected behavior:

Add an attribute to decide whether today should be deleted or not
Don't alter the default behavior
