Updating Bioconda Package

Hi @bastiaanvonmeijenfeldt,

Do you have any plans to update the bioconda install of CAT to version 6.0 and later? The new entry point of CAT_pack and the addition of RAT are very intriguing features that I would like to include in a Snakemake pipeline that I'm currently working on. I think updating the package would be a good idea to ensure that workflow managers like Snakemake and Nextflow can more easily stay up to date with the changes you've made.
