Missing trend arrows on Nightscout with Enlite sensors and Medtronic 722 pump #2203

Describe the bug
When running Loop with Medtronic 722 with Enlite sensors, no trend arrows are uploaded to Nightscout.
The issue is Medtronic-specific.
It seems like there's just no code to read the trend arrows from the pump – a POC is needed to see if they are reported along with the CGM readings.

  • If trend arrows are reported by the pump, a fix is required to read them and upload them to Nightscout.
  • If they are not reported by the pump, they could be calculated on the fly, perhaps sharing the code with the Libre.

To Reproduce

  1. Set up Loop with OrangeLink and Medtronic 722 pump.
  2. Add in Nightscout connection settings.
  3. Start an Enlite sensor on the pump.
  4. Wait for a BG reading with a trend arrow on the pump.
  5. Wait for the reading to appear on the Nightscout.

Expected behavior
The trend arrow indicator is displayed along with the CGM reading on Nightscout.

Actual behavior
No trend arrow on Nightscout.
